お米のツブツブ食感残る煎餅を、濃い口醤油にたっぷりと漬けて、七味唐辛子をまぶしました。噛む度に、舌に絡みつく濃い口醤油と、ピリッ！とした七味唐辛子の辛味が、舌と食欲を刺激し、お供のお酒がすすむの間違いなし。
